Fillcontrol Auto Function monitoring of the pressurisation in sealed heating and chilled water systems and controlled make-up of make-up water plus filling function for first filling and refilling. Particularly suitable for system filling and make-up with water and water mixtures from unpressurised storage and mixing tanks. Control unit comprising a Control Basic operating unit. Both are ergonomically combined in an easy-to-maintain modular floor-standing framework system made of EV 1 anodized aluminium precision sections. Hydraulic scheme comprises a horizontally arranged stainless steel circulation pump with dry-running protection pump, electronic pressure sensor and pressure-side shut-off ball valve.The Control Basic control unit is integrated in a robust plastic housing in which both the power and communication electronics and the control panel with dirt-resistant membrane-covered keyboard is housed. Control Basic is a fully automatic, freely configurable microprocessor control with real-time clock, differentiating error and parameter memory, two line plain text display for system pressure and all relevant operating and fault messages, LED display for operating modes and general error messaging. Communication electronics comprising: -RS 485 port as data interface or for the connection of optional communication components -Potential-free output for the forwarding of the collective message -Input for signal processing of a contact water meter -Input for function requesting via an external signal Control unit completely wired ready for connection according to VDE regulations with mains power cable and mains plug. System pressure monitoring and display with fault message upon undershooting of the minimum pressure or exceeding of the maximum pressure. Actuation takes place via an integrated system pressure interpretation unit or an external 230V signal (e.g. a pressurisation station) with automatic interruption and fault messaging upon exceeding of the running time and/or the number of cycles. Controlled make-up, automatic interruption and fault message upon exceeding of the runtime and/or the number of cycles. Evaluation option provided by a contact water meter including optional possible capacity monitoring of ion exchangers in the make-up line. Documentation and control of the entire system in respect of the above mentioned parameters.
